Impact24 est une stratégie de croissance durable à long terme. Les choix et les investissements que nous faisons ne concernent pas uniquement les trois prochaines années, mais aussi les années qui suivent, jusqu’en 2030 et au-delà. Les actes que nous posons aujourd’hui doivent sont les fondations de ce que nous voulons réaliser à l’avenir.

Notre nouveau plan stratégique Impact24 démarrera en 2022. Ce plan repose lui-même sur une base solide, notre ADN et notre activité principale (« core »), dans le contexte d’une performance soutenue. Notre groupe présente un profil unique avec une combinaison de marchés matures et de marchés à forte croissance. Cela nous permet d’aller plus loin, de viser plus haut, d’investir et d’atteindre notre niveau d’ambition suivant. 

Avec Impact24, nous comptons libérer tout le potentiel que recèle notre activité actuelle, élargir notre portée et monter en échelle de la bonne façon. Nous appliquons tout ce que nous avons appris à propos de l’avenir et nous traduisons ces enseignements en opportunités à long terme et en investissements dans de nouveaux moteurs de croissance qui complètent nos points forts tout en ajoutant de nouvelles capacités en cours de route.

En annonçant Impact24, nous marquons la prochaine étape de notre développement en tant que groupe, en partant d'une position de force et de performance soutenue. En définitive, nous faisons des choix et des investissements pour le long terme, et pas seulement pour les trois prochaines années. C'est la force de notre cœur de business qui nous donne la confiance et la capacité d'investir dans la croissance future et une ambition plus élevée. Nous savons que nous pouvons faire encore plus. Mais nous ne nous préoccupons pas seulement de ce que nous faisons, mais aussi de la manière dont nous le faisons. En fin de compte, nous voulons offrir un rendement durable aux actionnaires. 2024 est une année charnière pour Ageas. Elle marque la fin du plan Impact24 mais aussi une étape importante dans notre histoire puisque nous célébrons nos 200 ans d'existence en tant qu'assureur. Impact24 nous permet de réfléchir à ces 200 dernières années mais aussi de prendre aujourd'hui des mesures qui auront un impact sur notre avenir.

This translated into selected long-term opportunities and investment in new growth enginess, adding new capabilities that complement our strengths, to keep Ageas future-proof.

To fuel further growth, we are focusing on opportunities in adjacent business in Health, Protection, Digital platforms & Reinsurance at Group level, with Home, Mobility and Life & Savings being our Local priorities.

For Ageas, working alongside strong partners is part of our DNAand this puts us in a strong position to engage with the current and future winners including the next-gen players who provide access to new pools of customers and growth.

Within our healthy Core we have continuing confidence going forward in banca, brokers and agents, and we will look to foster new alliances in partnerships that allow us to leverage the strengths of Digital platforms and Ecosystems.

To help turbo-charge our progress we will further deploy technology & data and enhance our customer experience by redesigning the end-to-end customer journey.

We will consider a range of different initiatives to improve our distribution and commercial excellence for our customers, while improving the work experience for our employees.

To achieve Impact24, we will tap into the current footprint of the Group while continuing to apply our success formula of local empowerment.

Local is an important part of the way we stay close to our customers, and it provides competitive advantage.
