It is clear as we look out across the spectrum of priorities identified under Impact24 that partnerships will become even more critical.
We plan to strengthen our current partnerships with bancassurance, brokers and agents, the winners that sit underneath our healthy Core. And we will use our partnership culture to foster new types of alliances in partnerships that allow us to leverage the strengths of digital platforms and ecosystems.
Insurers have been slower than many other industries to recognise the benefit of working in cross sector partnership, but the tide is changing. For Ageas, the advantage of working alongside strong partners is nothing new. Ageas celebrates 20 years of partnership in China and Malaysia in 2021, and 20 years in Thailand by 2024, and has a track record of reaping the benefit of partnerships around the world. It is part of our DNA and this puts us in a strong position to engage with the current and future winners including the next-gen players who provide scale access to new pools of customers and growth.
